There is no contact form on this page deliberately. A form would mean collecting and storing what you write on a server somewhere, and this site is built around not doing that. Your mail client already does the job, and it leaves the record in your sent folder rather than only in mine.
What to write about
- A wrong result. If the audit reported something you believe is incorrect, send the URL you tested and what you expected. Reports like this have already fixed several real bugs - a signal that misread pages with no images, a crawler check that mis-ranked its own severity, a duplicate detector that missed repeated sentences.
- A missing check. If there is a signal AI engines use that the audit does not measure, tell me what it is and why it matters. The scoring weights are a judgement, not a measurement, and arguments against them are welcome.
- Implementation help. The report gives you the fixes; if you would rather someone applied them, say so and I will quote it.
- Custom builds. Audit tools, dashboards, content pipelines, AI integrations - that is the day job.
What makes a report useful
The most useful message this site can receive is a specific one. The URL you ran, the check you think is wrong, and what you expected instead. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem in a few minutes.
Screenshots help less than the URL does, because the audit fetches the page itself rather than reading what your browser drew. If the page needs a login or sits behind a firewall, say so - that on its own explains a lot of surprising results, since the auditor sees exactly what an anonymous crawler sees.
Who you are writing to
Sastihari S - full-stack and AI developer, Tamil Nadu, India. Everything on this site was designed, written and built by one person, so replies come from the person who wrote the code rather than a support queue. That also means I am the right person to tell when something is wrong, and there is nobody for me to escalate to when it is.
This tool is part of a small group of free tools published under Arise Saga, all built on the same principle: no accounts, no email harvesting, and every assumption published so it can be argued with.
Response times
Usually one to two working days. If something is urgent, put the word URGENT in the subject line and I will prioritise it. I do not operate a phone line - email keeps a written record of what was asked and what was answered, which suits technical work better than a call does.
If you do not hear back within a week, the message probably went to spam rather than being ignored. Send it again.
Privacy
Anything you send stays between us. I do not add correspondents to a mailing list and there is not one to add you to. Your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. See the privacy policy for how the site itself handles data, and the disclaimer for what the audit results are and are not.
