What to write about
- A wrong result. If the audit reported something you believe is incorrect, send the URL you tested and what you expected. Reports like this have already fixed several real bugs — a signal that misread pages with no images, a crawler check that mis-ranked its own severity, a duplicate detector that missed repeated sentences.
- A missing check. If there's a signal AI engines use that the audit doesn't measure, tell me what it is and why it matters.
- Implementation help. The report gives you the fixes; if you'd rather someone applied them, say so and I'll quote it.
- Custom builds. Audit tools, dashboards, content pipelines, AI integrations — that's the day job.

Response times
Usually one to two working days. If something is urgent, put the word URGENT in the subject line and I'll prioritise it. I don't operate a phone line — email keeps a written record of what was asked and what was answered, which suits technical work better.
